Locus Sonus is collaborating with ESAA, ENSA Bourges and Seconde Nature to recruit three resident artists/researchers for a period of three months leading up to the next edition of the [Locus Sonus Symposium “Audio Mobility”|Symposium8]. Candidates should have an artistic or research project resonating with the theme described above. The proposed project can be partially completed or prospective however, the candidate will be expected to present his or her research during the symposium.{br}Locus Sonus will offer critical feedback and advice, access to the technical facilities of ESAA and dedicated help from an experienced Pure Data programmer (notably for projects involving LibPd running under android). Seconde Nature will facilitate public presentations of the ongoing research.

!!!Stipend
A global stipend of 3000€ par laureate will be expected to cover all costs (living expenses, travel, materials). Basic accommodation can be made available.
Laureates may chose not to pass the whole of the residency period in Aix en Provence however, they will be expected to participate in the life of the lab, notably in regards to the organization of the symposium and animation of a workshop involving students from different French art schools and dedicated to the theme of Mobility (one week in April 2014).

# The way in which the project relates to the theme of audio mobility.
# The main aim of the research and/or projected form of the artwork.
# Technical requirements.
# Principal techniques involved.
# Projected periods of residency.
